Join us for an intimate spring inspired Tai Chi Chuan and Yoga workshop. A two-hour embodied practice that combines the elements of Yin and Yang. We will weave together moments of flow and stillness, ease, and effort.  This is a great opportunity to learn and connect with these ancient practices taught by local practitioner’s Shira and Mary.  We look forward to holding space for you. 

Hosted by:

Mary Sheppard, Vinyasa and Yin yoga teacher will guide you through a rejuvenating and relaxing Yang into Yin yoga and breathwork practice to help connect you with the grounding element of Earth to help you rebalance, and reconnect within.

Shira Klasmer, Tai Chi Chuan and Qigong teacher will guide you through a Yang Style form - A unique exercise that incorporates slow martial movements integrated with breath and meditation to and harmonise our Qi (energy). This is a great opportunity to receive a taster session of this powerful ancient Chinese art.


Yin yoga

All levels, beginners to advanced practitioners. Modifications and options will be given to suit the students practice. Yin yoga is a slow, meditative, where you hold poses for longer periods of time to stretch and release the deep connective tissues of the body.

Vinyasa yoga

All levels, beginners to advanced practitioners. Modifications and options will be given to suit the students practice. Vinyasa yoga classes are fast-paced and rhythmical, with a focus on connecting the movements with the rhythm of the breath.

Mandala Vinyasa Yoga

All levels, beginners to advanced practitioners. Modifications and options will be given to suit the students practice. Mandala vinyasa yoga is a fast-paced, fun and challenging style of Vinyasa yoga where you move in a circular pattern- a mandala from front to back of your yoga mat. 

Kids Yoga

All levels, Yoga sessions adapted especially for children 4 + years old! We will learn yoga poses, play yoga games, and engage in mindfulness and relaxation activities.
