Private yoga sessions can be beneficial for all yoga practitioners, beginners to advanced students. Beginners can learn the foundations of yoga postures, breath work practices and develop flexibility and strength and learn to slow down and relax the body and mind.
Advanced students can address individual goals from inversions or how to meditate with the chakras to finding a yoga flow that suits your physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
Corporate yoga
Corporations can benefit from a wellness program that includes yoga and meditation. With work demands, and work-related stress- employees can feel that their mental and physical health may be suffering. Yoga can improve physical mobility and strength and help relax the body and mind, therefore helping employees to have tools to manage work-related stress and find some balance.
